Giving is so rewarding as I am a fulltime caregiver in-house for a very I’ll partner. The muffins sound wonderful need to search for a couple of ingredients you are lucky to have such choices.
You can use an all purpose flour too, these ingredients are because I have a gluten intolerance so use all sorts of alternatives and we do have wonderful choice here. I look forward to hearing how they turn out!
Oh Joy! But my favourite part has to be the dogs snoring throughout!...I certainly felt as if I was sitting in front of the crackling fire with you all. I'm going to make the Muffins and take them to my Garden when I volunteer tomorrow. I may have to substitute one of the ingredients though. x

And totally relate to the idea of trying to live a rural French life at the same pace as a London girl about town! Twenty years after planting myself in the countryside south of Bordeaux and post-COVID, I'm no less curious about the world around me but my eyes (and heart) are more open to appreciating where I am now. I am slowly letting my roots unfold and reach out to the earth beneath my feet.
